We pick up the goods again directly from you!
The easiest and quickest way for you is to ring or send us
an email letting us know when you would like us to come.
We will then take care of the pickup.

This return period begins at earliest upon
receipt of the goods and being informed.
Only in the case of goods which are not able to be packaged and sent
(e.g. bulky goods) are you able to extend the right of return
with an explanation in the form of text, e.g. by letter, fax or emai
The timely sending of the goods or an extension of the right of return is all
that is required to keep within this deadline.
Return of goods is always undertaken at our risk and expense.

In the case of a valid return
then services and goods which have been mutually received
are to be compensated and, if applicable, benefits drawn
(e.g. advantages from usage) are to be returned. Compensation
can be claimed if deterioration of the goods has taken place.
This is not valid if the deterioration of the goods can be put down solely
to their testing - as would have been possible in a shop. Moreover, you can
avoid being liable for compensation if you do not use the goods as an
owner would and avoid doing anything that could affect their value.
