All deliveries and services from

are carried out solely based on these
General Terms and Conditions of Business.
4. Delivery
The required delivery period is cited for each article.
5. Right of return
You may return the delivered goods
within a period of two weeks without giving reason
using our pickup service or by sending the goods back yourself.
This period begins at earliest upon receipt of the goods
and being informed.

6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of BvL.com
(conditional commodity) until full payment has been received.
7. Guarantee
The claims of the purchaser against BvL.com
for faults should be made based on the legal rulings
within the statuary period,
provided that the rulings below do not stipulate otherwise.
8. Software
For software supplied by BvL.com,
which has not been written by BvL.com themselves
the conditions of the respective
license contract are valid.
These are included with the respective product.
9. Liability
In the case of non-intentional and non-grossly negligent injury
of an important contractual obligation
by BvL.com
the liability is limited to damage that is typical and to be expected.
10.Place of performance and court of jurisdiction
Place of performance and court of jurisdictions for BvL.com is Berlin.

1. Prices
All quoted prices do not include freight
charges from BvL.com warehouse.
Orders up to a value of 500 £ incl. tax
will be charged for freight only 5.85 £ (incl. tax).
No freight charges will be levied for orders of above 500 £.
All quoted prices do not include
installation, training or other ancillary services,
except in the case where these are expressly stated.
The respective transport costs will be quoted before sealing
or, respectively, sending
your order / your shopping basket.
An order is only carried out
when the shopping basket is sealed.
2. Offers
These offers are valid for
private and commercial consumers.
Sales and delivery is only available
at present within Great Britain.
If BvL.com GmbH is supplying goods manufactured by third parties
then confirmation of order is made in this case under the condition
that the said goods are received by BvL.com, this condition is only to
the detriment of the consumer should BvL.com have made a hedging transaction
and is not supplied by his supplier due to no fault of his own.
BvL.com is obliged to immediately inform the customer when goods are not available
for delivery and to immediately compensate the customer for any possible expenses.
A risk caused by BvL.com endangering delivery
does not justify BvL.com to dissolve the contact.
BvL.com reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer in the
case where negative credit assessment or other reasons exists.
3. Validity
All deliveries and services of
BvL.com GmbH, Müllerstr. 138d in 13353 Berlin
are undertaken based solely on these
General Terms and Conditions of Business
Claims arising from the General Terms and Conditions of Business
of contractual partners (purchasers) are excluded.
4. Delivery
The required delivery period is be stated for every article.
As soon as the ordered goods are available then the
delivery will follow on the next working day by UPS.
The delivery deadline for orders consisting of large amounts will
be agreed separately.
All quoted delivery times are valid subject to availability.
BvL.com GmbH is entitled to make partial deliveries
and charge for the partial delivery,
to the extent to which it is economically
reasonable to the contractual partner.
The payment for delivered goods is
payable following delivery and receipt of invoice also
with partial delivery.
The goods will be appropriately insured
and packaged by BvL.com GmbH.
Delivery will be carried out by UPS or respectively a forwarding agency
to the invoice address or delivery address which has been given.
Delivery and service delays due to force majeure or unpredictable,
unavoidable or serious events,
that BvL.com GmbH is unable to influence,
and which render their service impossible to
carry out or delay such - also subsequently through
incurred problems with supply of materials, business disruptions, strikes,
lawful lockout, shortage of manpower, raw material and shortages of energy,
shortage of means of transport, orders from authorities etc.
- entitle BvL.com GmbH -
also in the case of binding time limits and deadlines,
to postpone the delivery or services for the durations of the hindrance.
That is also valid if the delay arises from a
preliminary supplier or their subcontractors.

5. Your right of return

You may return the delivered goods
within a period of two weeks without giving reason
using our pickup service or by sending the goods back yourself.
OUR FREE OF CHARGE PICKUP SERVICE:
We pick up the goods again directly from you!
The easiest and quickest way for you is to ring or send us
an email letting us know when you would like us to come.
We will then take care of the pickup.
This return period begins at earliest upon receipt of
the goods and being informed.
Only in the case of goods which are not able to be packaged and sent
(e.g. bulky goods) are you able to extend the right of return
with an explanation in the form of text, e.g. by letter, fax or email.
The timely sending of the goods or an extension of the right of return is
all
that is required to keep within this deadline.
Return of goods is always undertaken at our risk and expense.
The return of goods or the extension of
the right of return should be directed to:

In the case of a valid return then services and goods
which have mutually received are to be compensated and,
if applicable, benefits drawn (e.g. advantages from usage) are to be returned.
Compensation can be claimed if deterioration of the goods has taken place.
This is not valid if the deterioration of the goods can be put down solely
to
their testing - as would have been possible in a shop. Moreover, you can
avoid being liable for compensation if you do not use the goods
as an owner would and avoid doing anything that could affect their value.

6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of BvL.com GmbH
until full payment has been received from all claims related
to the current business between BvL.com GmbH
and the purchaser, provided that they had been valid at the time of delivery
(conditional commodity).
Any processing or work on the conditional goods
will always be on behalf of BvL.com GmbH.
Further processing or combining of the conditional goods with other goods
results in a co-ownership share for BvL.com GmbH of the new goods
to the same value as the conditional goods were worth.
The purchaser is to store the goods free of charge for BvL.com GmbH.
The purchaser is to immediately inform BvL.com GmbH
if the rights of the delivered goods from BvL.com GmbH
are affected or endangered as a result of seizure or other actions of a third
party,
and to do so by sending notification of the
details of the seizure as well as all other relevant papers necessary
for an objection to the seizure with the affirmation that or to
what extent the seized goods are identical to the delivered goods.
In addition, the purchaser is obliged to inform the creditor seizing the goods
or other third parties immediately, in writing, of the property
rights of BvL.com GmbH.
7. Guarantee
The claims of the purchaser against BvL.com
for faults should be made based on the legal rulings
within the statuary period,
provided that the rulings below do not stipulate otherwise.
The purchaser is obliged to allow BvL.com GmbH to examine
the article which has been claimed to be faulty,
and allow BvL.com GmbH to choose whether to
inspect the object either at the purchaser's or at BvL.com GmbH.
If the purchaser refuses the inspection then
BvL.com GmbH is freed from its guarantee obligations.
The guarantee does not cover the elimination of faults that arise
due to outside influences or which are caused by operational errors.
Guarantee claims will not be upheld if the
purchaser does not follow operating or maintenance instructions
or the purchaser allows non-authorised third parties to
interfere with the goods or make alterations to them
or to use consumables which do not fulfil
the specifications of the goods.
Furthermore guarantee claims cannot be made for damages
which arise from the use of the goods together with equipment or
programmes that are not compatible with the goods unless
compatibility has been expressly approved in writing by BvL.com GmbH.
In cases of subsequent correction BvL.com GmbH will acquire the title
to the removed components upon removing them.
8. Software
For software supplied by BvL.com,
which has not been written by BvL.com themselves
the conditions of the respective
license contract are valid.
These are included with the respective product
9. Liability
BvL.com GmbH is liable for all damages,
irrespective of the cause in law, in cases of
infringement, that is their fault, or a significant contractual obligation
in a way that endangers the contract or in
case of gross negligence or intent.
In the case of non-intentional and non-grossly negligent injury
of an important contractual obligation
by BvL.com
the liability is limited to damage that is typical and to be
expected and which could have been be reasonably
foreseen at the point of time that BvL.com GmbH
closed the contract.
The preceding exemptions from liability and
limitations of liability are valid for every liability including those arising
from
delay, impossibility or debts at the closing of the contract,
positive breach of a contract, breach of
guarantee obligations that is BvL.com's fault and impermissible actions.
They are not valid if the liability for the product is a result of product
liability laws or
it is a liability resulting from properties being promised not being delivered.
10. Place of performance and court of jurisdictions
Place of performance and court of jurisdictions for deliveries and services
from BvL.com is Berlin.
If the customer is a trader, legal person of
of public law or public law separate estate
then the exclusive court of jurisdiction for all contractual relationships
between the purchaser and BvL.com GmbH
and disputes arising directly and indirectly as well as
exchange and cheque disputes is the registered office of
BvL.com GmbH.
